The Process
Inquiry
Tell me what you have in mind — the intended use, any reference styles, and your budget. No idea is too rough at this stage.
Design
We work through blade profile, steel selection, grind geometry, handle material, and finish. You'll receive a detailed spec sheet before any steel is touched.
Deposit
A 50% deposit secures your place in the queue. Current lead time is 8–14 weeks depending on complexity.
The Build
Stock removal, heat treat, grind, handle fit. Progress photos at each stage if you want them.
Delivery
Balance due on completion. Ships insured with full documentation.
